Founded by Anthony Flores, Palm District Enterprises grew from a belief that caring for rental homes should create lasting value and a better experience for the people who call them home.
Anthony's background in the U.S. Marine Corps informs the way we work: take responsibility, communicate clearly, and follow through. As owners and leaseholders in the High Desert, we understand the practical challenges that come with caring for rental housing.
We also believe stable housing strengthens a community. That is why we build relationships with nonprofit partners and housing teams serving veterans and neighbors in need of a fresh start.
